Registration is open for 2009

Early Registration Information

When: Now through January 25, 2009

Early Registration Letter/Instructions (Before January 25, 2009)

Print Registration Form

Print Parent/Player Code of Conduct Form (return with registration)

Print Coach Code of Conduct Form (return with registration)

How: Mail in the registration form and payment

Parents and players should print, read, sign, and return the "Parents/Players Code of Conduct Form".

Coaches should print, read, sign, and return the "Coaches Code of Conduct Form".

How after Early Registration: Come to one of the following walk-in registrations: 

Cost: See table below 

* subtract $5 before January 25, 2009

* add $10 after February 15, 2009

Refunds: Registration refunds will NOT be

                given after March 7, 2009

Birth Certificate: If you have not previously 

                             provided a birth certificate, it

                             is required that you do so with

                             your registration. 

Other: Baseball pants will be available for pick

            up at open registration scheduled for 

            Friday, January 30th, Saturday, 

            January 31st, or Saturday, February 28th.
